Collect in-store

With our collect in-store service, you can collect your items free of charge from our Morpeth store.

Your order will be ready to collect within 24 hours and we will send you an email once your order is ready. 

Please do not come to the store to collect your order until you have received confirmation that your order is ready to collect.

We will hold your Collect In-Store orders for 7 days before refunding as per the My Pet HQ refund policy. 

Local Delivery           

We are now offering our own van deliveries to selected postcodes within the North East area.

Standard Local Delivery Charge is £3.50.

Zone 1. TUESDAY after 4pm
NE61 1, NE61 2,  NE61 6, NE62, NE63, NE64, NE22, NE24

Zone 2. WEDNESDAY after 4pm
NE3, NE12, NE13, NE23

Zone 3. FRIDAY after 4pm 

NE25, NE26, NE27, NE28, NE29, NE30

Cut off for local deliveries is 2pm the day of delivery, any orders placed after this date won’t leave us until the next scheduled delivery day for your postcode zone.

If you are not going to be home, please provide us with a safe place in the comment section at check out. Orders will be packed in cardboard packaging, if you are not going to home and you need your order packed in an insulated box please ensure you request this at check out.

Standard Delivery

Order before 11am for next day delivery Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 11am Thursday will be dispatched on the following Monday or the next working day if it is a Bank Holiday.

Standard Delivery Charge is: £6.95.

Enjoy free UK mainland shipping on orders over £50* after discounts and loyalty points are removed, excludes frozen items. 

Exclusions to Our Next Day Delivery Service. 

Some products are excluded from our next day delivery service. These products are individually noted in the product description and we aim to despatch within 3-5 days excluding Bank Holidays and weekends. If you purchase products that are excluded from our next day service as well as other products, we will not complete and ship your order until all products are available. 

To ensure safe delivery of your order, we recommend that you 

  • Upload a photo of your home
  • Log your safe place
  • Use What3words

DHL will deliver to a safe space or leave with a neighbour unless otherwise instructed by you. You can leave delivery details in the comments section at the checkout.

We do not take any responsibility for failed deliveries where the delivery date has been changed. 

All delivery times are approximate and can be delayed due to circumstances outside of our control, such as poor weather conditions and seasonal surges.

We deliver next day to mainland UK via DHL. Some Highlands and Islands postcodes will be excluded from this and may take a while longer and incur further delivery charges which will be calculated at checkout. If you live in one of these harder to reach areas, please contact us to find out more about the additional delivery charges.
